Assistant Professor: Immigration Policy
The Department of Economics at San Diego State University invites applicants for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the field of Labor Economics, with a strong preference for candidates with a research specialization in U.S. immigration policy. The successful candidate will show promise in publishing in leading scholarly journals in economics and be able to teach courses at both the undergraduate and master’s levels. The position will begin in August 2024 and the successful candidate must have completed their Ph.D. by August 20, 2024.
The search committee will begin screening applications on November 27, 2023 and the position will remain open until filled. Applicants should apply via Interfolio.
